Writing a post in WordPress

Writing posts and pages is the core activity in WP. You can start your editorial experience by clicking the Add New button located in the Posts menu:




You can proceed with entering the desired content. Once you are ready, the new post can be published just by clicking the Publish button.

Creating pages in WordPress

Creating individual pages in WordPress is quite similar to writing a post. You should simply click Add New in the Pages menu.




When you are ready with your new page, click Publish to save it.

Tips bagi mereka yang ingin meletakkan link luar pada bahagian manu bar.
Caranya adalah dengan install plugin ‘Page Links To’ dengan pergi ke admin/dashboard klik pada plugins > add new > search page links to dan klik install. Jangan lupa aktifkan..

kemudian ikuti langkah di bawah:

1. Create (or edit) a page or a post to have a title of your choosing (leave the content blank)

2. Down below, in the advanced section, find the Page Links To widget and add a URL of your choosing

3. Optionally check the boxes to enable link opening in a new browser window, or `302 Moved Temporarily` redirects

4. Save the post or page

5. Done! Now that post or page will point to the URL that you chose
